Welcome! I'm Kristen. Thanks for visiting. I'm grateful for the opportunity to offer you my services and share my beautiful space. I am a licensed therapist in both Wisconsin and Minnesota, seeing clients in-person on my homestead and remotely online. I have worked with individuals and families experiencing trauma, sexual abuse, substance abuse, and loss for over a decade. Trauma, in whatever form, and stress impact all aspects of our being. I offer a holistic approach to healing that incorporates aspects of somatic work, Reiki energy, and the restorative power of nature. If you're struggling with the overwhelming impacts of PTSD, you can receive swift resolution through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I meet you where you are at and we incorporate the tools that would best support you. I bring compassion, openness, and curiosity to my practice, as well as humor and the occasional baked treat. Outside of my practice, my relationships are most important to me - particularly those with the smallest humans in my life. I'm most happy in my role of "autie" and love spending time with my niece and nephews. Occasionally I make room for the adults. I'm also in the never-ending process of home remodeling and my pup Lucy is always at my side. I accept online credit card payments as well as HSA and FSA cards. I can also provide you with a "superbill" if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider directly. I understand what a struggle it can be to make time for ourselves, so I am happy to offer sessions outside of standard business hours, including nights and weekends. Our relationships is the most important part of our shared work, so I want you to feel comfortable with me and my space before you commit to this wonderful and (sometimes) wild experience of healing!
